STRETCH FILM

Stretch film (also called stretch wrap) is a highly stretchable plastic film, usually made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It is used to wrap items, especially on pallets, to keep them tightly bound, stable, and protected during storage or transportation.

Types of Stretch Film Hand Stretch Film:Designed for manual application, Usually comes in rolls of 72 mm to 500 mm width and 250–300m length, Commonly used for smaller loads. Machine Stretch Film: Designed for use with stretch wrapping machines, Thinner than hand film but stronger due to higher stretchability, Width ranges from 300 mm–600mm, length up to 2000m per roll.

Stretchability: 100–300% depending on film type Cling: Ability to stick to itself for load stability.
